Biography
Katrina Kerr serves as the Deputy Director of the Tucker Center for Spiritual and Ethical Life at Dartmouth. In this role, she partners with the Director and the Tucker team to nurture spiritual growth, ethical reflection, and interfaith understanding across campus. She helps guide operations, staff, and major events, supporting programs that spark dialogue, service, and authentic connection among students and the broader Dartmouth community.
Katrina joined the Tucker Center in October 2025, bringing with her a rich background in global leadership across higher education, industry, and the nonprofit sector. She has worked with both graduate and undergraduate students throughout her career including teaching, managing graduate programs, and presenting on topics such as authentic leadership, diversity, cultural intelligence, and communication. She holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a MS in Business Education from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of work, Katrina loves to travel, garden, and explore photography, biographies, and culture through faith, food, and conversation. She's always up for an adventure with her spirited 12-pound Morkie, Violet. A lifelong arts and community enthusiast, Katrina has served on the board of Opera New Hampshire and spent ten years co-chairing manual timing for the Head of the Charles Regatta.
